More space, more machines, more connections: Meet us at wire Düsseldorf

Less than a week to go until wire Düsseldorf opens its doors, and Lämneå Bruk is preparing its largest exhibition presence to date.

For the first time, visitors will be welcomed at two booths in Hall 9—our traditional location at the hall entrance (9A06) and a second booth directly opposite (9A07). This expanded setup allows us to showcase more equipment on-site and, most importantly, demonstrate our technology live in operation.

Live Innovation: Experience Machines in Action

Throughout the exhibition, two key machines will be running several times a day, offering visitors a hands-on look at efficient, high-precision wire handling.

No Twist Coiler (NTC)
A highlight of the exhibition is the No Twist Coiler—an advanced take-up solution designed to produce twist-free wire coils. The NTC enables flexible coil sizes and shapes, as well as drum winding, ensuring minimal scrap and maximum usability. Its specially designed flyer supports line speeds of up to 40 m/s, improving both productivity and final coil quality.

Fully Automatic Precision Layer Winder
Also on display is our Fully Automatic Precision Layer Winder, engineered for efficient and reliable rewinding operations. With winding accuracy down to one hundredth of a millimetre and fully automatic spool exchange, it reduces manual handling while enabling continuous production.

In addition to the live demonstrations, visitors can explore a wire drawing machine and a sandpaper descaler, highlighting Lämneå Bruk’s expertise across the entire wire production line.
