We are excited to announce the launch of our new Support Team, a dedicated department designed to enhance the way we serve and collaborate with our customers. This initiative marks an important step in our journey to provide faster, more knowledgeable, and personalized support—while fostering ongoing innovation for our products.

What is the Support Team?
The Support Team is a group of skilled professionals tasked with handling all customer support cases, warranty claims, and educational efforts related to both our machines and wire technology. Additionally, they will play a vital role in product development by channeling customer feedback and technical insights into actionable improvements.

How does it work?
When a support case arises—whether it’s a technical issue, warranty claim, or a question about product use—the Support Team is the first point of contact. They will ensure each case is logged, acknowledged, and directed to the appropriate department within our organization, for example for programming issues, the team coordinates directly with our programmers and customers to schedule fixes.

Customer Training and Warranty Handling
Beyond troubleshooting, our Support Team will visit customers on-site to provide training—sharing expertise in wire technology and machine operation. The goal is to empower customers with in-depth knowledge to optimize their production. They will also manage warranty claims both remotely and at customer locations, collaborating with production managers when necessary.

Driving Product Development
With their frontline insights, the Support Team will actively support product improvements in collaboration with sales, design, and production teams. This continuous feedback loop ensures our machines evolve to meet real-world customer needs.
